By downloading, installing, or using the Unfollowers application ("Application"), you are deemed to have accepted these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Unfollowers is a mobile application that allows you to analyze Instagram followers without requiring login.

Our service includes:

• Analyzing your Instagram data package (ZIP) locally
• Identifying non-followers
• Showing unfollowers
• Listing pending requests
• Detailed statistics

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you:

• Must be 13 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Instagram account
• Must comply with Instagram's terms of service
• Must use the application for legal purposes
• Must respect the privacy of others

4. Prohibited Uses

You MAY NOT use the application for the following purposes:

• Illegal activities
• Harassment, spam, or disturbing behavior
• Collecting others' data without permission
• Reverse engineering the application
• Using automated systems or bots
• Violating Instagram's terms of service

5. Relationship with Instagram

Our application:

• Uses Instagram's official data download feature
• Does not use Instagram's API
• Does not require Instagram login
• Does not communicate with Instagram servers

7. Disclaimer

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE":

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of results
• We are not responsible for the security of your Instagram account
• We are not responsible for Instagram's policy changes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfollowers:

• Is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Is not responsible for data loss
• Is not responsible for Instagram account suspension or bans

9. Intellectual Property

The application and its content (design, code, logos, texts) are the property of Unfollowers and are protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Significant changes will be notified within the application. If you continue to use the application after changes, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.

11. Termination

If you violate these terms, we may terminate your access to the application at any time without notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
